What it does
The charity was set up to direct and manage the one_for1 social programme for its commercial parent Freeformers Holdings Limited ('Freeformers'). Following a review of its first year of operations, the Trustees, in concert with Freeformers, have decided to return the programme into the direct control of the parent and so will proceed to close the Foundation post-filing of the Foundation's accounts
