What it does
In the interests of social welfare to provide or assist in the provision of safe and healthy play and leisure facilities for the inhabitants of Skrinkle, Manorbier and its environs and visitors to the area who have need of such facilities because of their youth, age, infirmity, disability, financial hardship or social circumstances and thereby improve their health, wellbeing and conditions of life
