What it does
Construct a future are a small organisation, based outside HMP Rochester. We are focused on reducing reoffending, by supporting offenders and ex-offenders back into sustainable work within the construction and catering industry. Providing training and support, to offenders aged between 16 and 55. Engaging with them in sessions, improving motivation and confidence helping them to become job ready.
