SUPPORTS HEALTHY ACTIVITY OPPORTUNITIES, SOCIAL INCLUSION AND FEMALE EQUALITY WHILST BEING FULLY INCLUSIVE. PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR THE CONSTITUENTS OF THE REGION.
