What it does
Well Balanced Kids promotes and advances public education and understanding of the philosophy and practice of yoga, by providing year-round, accessible opportunities to experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga for children and young people in Sussex and surrounding areas, particularly those who have never personally encountered it or who may feel excluded from it.
