What it does
We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing coach-led functional fitness programs to young people aged 5-19 and promoting fitness classes to underprivileged and underrepresented groups. We operate in the Lewes District town of Newhaven covering areas of Seahaven, Peacehaven, Seaford, Lewes, Denton and surrounding areas.
