What it does
RDAN: a network of local organisations, services and volunteers, working together to improve the support for people living with dementia and their carers in Rushcliffe. Our approach is to build strong partnerships, helping people live well with dementia. Our activities include a Dementia and Carers Roadshow, a Green Memory Cafe, a Dementia Directory and Working to become Dementia Friendly Toolkit
