What it does
Souls & Soles is a community charity that promotes physical and mental wellbeing, reduces social isolation and supports communities through inclusive outdoor and wellness activities. We organise hikes, walks, runs, fitness and wellbeing workshops, social events and community activities. We also raise funds and work with charitable partners to support communities in need in the UK and oversees.
