Asylum Stories: Room at the Inn seeks to advance education by creating an oral history archive that documents and shares the personal stories of asylum-seekers who are or have been accommodated in UK hotels and other government-provided accommodation to raise awareness of the lived experiences of migration and foster greater understanding and empathy.
