THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THEMARSTON CHARITIES TRUST FOR THAT OBJECT BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
