What it does
The stated objectives of Barlow Youth Organisations and Teachers and Scholars Samaritan Fund ae as follows: -"Benefit, encouragement and welfare of youth clubs, pre-service clubs, sea scouts, rangers, boys scouts, girl guides, cubs and brownies in the beneficial area and for the benefit of teachers and scholars at schools under the control and management of the Oldbury Corporation."
