What it does
The Public Trustee shall apply the income at his absolute discretion for the release and assistance of poor and necessitous persons being interested in funds vested in him as trustee. Therefore the Public Trustee may only make grants to those who are beneficiaries of trusts (or their issue) of which the Public Trustee is trustee.
