What it does
Dr Crowther's Almhouse Charity owns ten almhouses in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, six on Westfield Road and four on George Street. Under the terms of the trust, preference is given to needy persons of either sex, married or single, aged 55 or over, who are members of non-conformist churches in the Wakefield Area.
