What it does
The Society is establoshed for the purpose of improving the standards of agriculture and horticulture in West Dorset and in the surrounding area by,in particular, promoting improvements in the breeding of livestock and the promotion and organisation of agricultural shows, ploughing matches and other competitions associated with agriculture.
