ROYAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ESSEX - MID, BRENTWOOD CHELMSFORD AND DISTRICT BRANCH

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 14 May 2024. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Wherever possible, to create an awareness of and to prevent cruelty to animals, to provide the opportunity for clinical care for animals in the branch area by means of the Animal Welfare Clinic in Great Baddow and to support RSPCA Inspectors. To ensure that all animals re-homed by this branch go to suitable homes.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
