BRIGG SENIOR CITIZENS' COMMITTEE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 22 December 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Promotes the general good of elderly people in Brigg, assists other voluntary organisations (financially or otherwise) engaged in providing relevant facilities, organises subsidised outings and lunches, and provides a mobility "scooter" free of charge for elderly or handicapped people to use in the town centre on market day. In addition 2 wheelchairs are available free of charge.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
