THE CIVIC TRUST FOR WALES
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 12 December 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The primary objectives of the Charity are to preserve what is best in the architectural heritage and topographical environment of towns and villages in Wales, to educate the population about their value in contributing to the improvement of lifestyle and to create an awareness so that present generations have an interest and a duty to develop a worthwhile heritage for their successors.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
