KIRKMANSHULME CLUB
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 21 March 2011. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Our club is for OAPs, we have dancing twice a week, i have run the club for 17 years; we used to have about 100 members, now we only have 12. The last year has been really drastic as our premises have been taken over by people with learning disabilities, the place has been shut for almost the full year due to refurbishment etc. We can only use the place at night now, people of our age can't go out
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
