What it does
The relief of poverty, distress, and suffering in Vietnam,by providing food,healing,clothing,shelter,training and education, and for work intended directly to achieve those objectives and chiefly concerned in the last twenty years with the Blind and Visually Impaired Children of Haiphong Province and City.
