What it does
Sponsors research into synthetic mineral fibres, and also whether any adverse or beneficial effects occur in buildings that are insulated with products made from or containing synthetic vitreous fibres, especially in very energy efficient buildings. Publishes such information for the benefit of the public and for scientific awareness of the issues.
