SILVERDALE DAY CENTRE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 29 March 2020. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Silverdale Club is open to local residents who are housebound and gives a break to carers. It meets every Wednesday from 10am to 3pm (except for a short period over Christmas). A hot meal and transport is provided along with Bingo, games and other suitable entertainment.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
