THE BEAMINSTER MUSEUM TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 25 January 2020. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The charity runs a local history museum and a meeting room which is used for community activities. The aim is to increase awareness of local history and provide exhibitions, talks, and events, mainly of an educational nature. There is extensive contact with the local schools. The activities contribute to the well-being of the town by increasing the interests available to visitors to the area.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
