GUILD OF FRIENDS OF THE PRINCE OF WALES ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL RHYDLAFAR, CARDIFF
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 18 September 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Grants for medical apparatus to hospitals. The Prince of Wales Hospital closed some years ago. Most surgeons and doctors were transfered to Llandough Hospital. We are waiting for the new orthopaedic ward to be established before finally handing over funds and disbanding.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
