PROVIDING AT THE SAID SCHOOL SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY; AND 3. PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING THE SAID SCHOOL.
