TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE, EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE WITHIN THE NETHERTON PARK AREA AND BY SO DOING IMPROVE THE WELFARE AND SPIRIT OF THOSE LIVING WITHIN THE AREA. THE FACILITIES ARE INTENDED TO ASSIST ALL THOSE LIVING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, AS BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY,
