Apportionment and distribution of monies raised for charitable purposes either through Red Rose Radio Station or paid directly to the Trustees.Monies raised may be used for any charitable purpose directly wholly or mainly to the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of the franchise of the above radio station or the immediate neighbourhood as the Trustees shall in their discretion determine.
