What it does
We provide four services to meet needs in the community (i) We run a hospital car service taking patients to and from hospital and providing support at the hospital. (ii) We run a support group for adult carers (18+). (iii) We run a support group and club for young carers.(iv) Run Open House, a group for ex carers and other people on their own.
