What it does
The Trust acts as a custodian of development and reserve funds to SACT (Care Services) Ltd and SACT (Social Landlord) Ltd and provides short-term unsecured loans at a commercial rate of interest for working capital as and when needed. The Trust also donates funds to assist with the acquisition or devlopment of new ventures
