ECCLESIASTICAL CHARITY OF JOHN PUCKLE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 June 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Provides people and organisations with donations of money for educational purposes. It was a charity established by John Puckle to help less fortunate young people in the Laindon area with their education. Some children at the time that the charity was formed were unable to go to school and have an education. John Puckle had and still has links with St Nicholas Church.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
