On 5th April 2012 the charity passed to Lincolnshire Community Foundation 1092328 to be wound up under section 74 of the charities act 1993. It had insufficient funds to generate income for it to continue. Lincolnshire Community Foundation is currently liaising with the Charity Commission to effect the winding up process.
